All cargo must be secured. Unless a product page shows a supplier-provided rating, the item is not a load-restraint device. Do not drill, cut or alter the vehicle, and do not obstruct vision, cameras, airbags, belt paths, controls or pedal travel.
When a refund is approved
We refund accepted returns, cancellations made before dispatch where possible, unavailable goods, duplicate charges, and remedies due for incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. Refund eligibility for a physical return is assessed under the Returns Policy.
Original payment method
Approved refunds go to the original payment method in USD. Stripe or PayPal sends the transaction through the banking network; we cannot redirect it to another card, person or bank account.
Processing time
We normally authorise an approved refund within 5 business days after cancellation or return inspection. Banks and payment providers can take a further 5–10 business days to display it. We will provide the processor reference if a posted refund cannot be found after that period.
Shipping, customs and deductions
Standard outbound shipping is refunded where required by cancellation law. Expedited upgrades, customer-paid return postage, import duties and third-party customs charges are not refunded unless law requires it or our error caused the cost. Lawful deductions may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.
Membership refunds
Cancelling membership prevents future renewal and access continues through the paid period. We do not prorate a partly used period except where mandatory law requires it or a billing error occurred. A quarterly physical replenishment already dispatched is handled as a physical-goods return and is not refundable merely due to later cancellation.
Billing questions and disputes
Contact support promptly with the order email, amount and date. We will investigate payment logs and delivery status. Nothing in this policy limits a statutory consumer remedy or a lawful right to raise a dispute with the payment provider.
