Self-fit guide
- Empty and clean the intended zone.
- Measure floor, rails, wheel arches, seat, controls and clearances.
- Match the product size and inspect all straps, hooks and panels.
- Place heavy items low and keep vision and safety equipment clear.
- Secure travelling cargo separately with suitable rated restraint.
- Recheck after the first journey and before every later journey.
Load-safety boundary
Unsecured or incorrectly secured cargo can cause serious injury during braking or collision. Many jurisdictions impose legal load-restraint duties. Except where a product page displays a supplier-provided rating, Vanrack storage items are not load-restraint devices.
Follow vehicle payload limits and the law where you drive. Inspect rated straps and every anchor before use. We do not certify a vehicle, load plan, anchor or installation.
Clearance checklist
Keep mirrors, rear windows, cameras, airbags, side-airbag seams, belt paths, seat controls, gear controls, handbrake, pedals, vents and emergency equipment completely clear. Cab mats must lock flat and never enter pedal travel.
Insurance and inspections
Interior arrangements and methods of carrying cargo may affect insurance, inspection or workplace obligations. Confirm your intended setup with the insurer, employer and competent authority. Vanrack provides retail product specifications, not compliance certification.
Delivery and returns
Track dispatch through the email sent after acceptance. Inspect goods before fitting or cutting. Unused goods have a 30-day return window; active paid members receive 60 days. Cut cargo liners cannot be returned for change of mind.
