Store and contract

Vanrack is operated by DTJ COMMERCIALS LTD. Product listings are invitations to order. A contract is formed when we accept the order and issue confirmation. We may reject or cancel before dispatch for stock, pricing, sanctions, address, fraud or safety reasons and will refund amounts taken for cancelled goods.

Products, fit and descriptions

We sell physical, self-fit storage and organisation goods. Images show realistic product context; colour and finish can vary slightly. You must measure the vehicle and select the listed size. We do not provide installation, vehicle modification or legal certification.

Cargo and vehicle safety

Unsecured or wrongly secured loads can cause serious injury in braking or collision, and many jurisdictions legally require load restraint. Unless a product page displays a supplier-provided rating, the product is not a load-restraint device. Comply with restraint law where you drive and vehicle payload limits.

Do not block vision, rear cameras, airbags, safety belts, controls, pedal travel, vents or emergency access. Seat covers must not cover side-airbag seams. Products do not replace professionally fitted racking. Ask your insurer and inspection authority whether an interior arrangement affects cover or compliance.

Orders, USD pricing and payment

Prices and checkout are in USD. Taxes, duties and import handling may be due to the destination authority or carrier. Stripe or PayPal processes payment on its systems; we do not handle full card details. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch.

Vanrack Club

Paid membership renews monthly or yearly until cancelled. Van Club is $15 monthly or $144 yearly; Fleet Studio is $52 monthly or $499 yearly. Benefits apply while active, are not stored value and do not roll over. Cancellation stops future renewal and the current paid period remains active. Physical quarterly replenishment already dispatched is not returnable merely because a membership is later cancelled.

Responsibility and liability

We do not claim improved fuel economy or vehicle safety performance. Nothing excludes liability that law does not allow us to exclude, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for loss caused by unsuitable fit, overloading, disregarded ratings, unlawful restraint, vehicle alteration or blocked safety systems.

Age and acceptable use

Children under 13 must not use the site. Users aged 13–17 require parent or guardian consent and an adult must place orders. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit unlawful material or use products to display infringing marks.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, while mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected where law provides them. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute promptly.
